Meet Alice Ho
Certified Uppiness and Wealth & Joy Coach
Alice Ho has over two decades of corporate leadership experience with companies such as P&G, LVMH, Xilinx (now AMD), Siemens Medical, and Elsevier. She has worked on various projects, including setting up teams from scratch to be part of the Center of Excellence hubs in India and the Philippines.
She was tasked with performing various restructuring exercises. She strongly believes that a leader with a heart will still prioritize their people, even if they may be asked to leave the company.
In 2018, Alice was retrenched shortly after being posted to Amsterdam. In 2021, she suffered from a mid-life ‘crisis’.
It was a chance encounter with an innovative simulation board game that helped Alice on her journey to entrepreneurship. Alice now specializes in using games to help individuals and teams achieve personal and team transformation.
Alice is a certified Uppiness and Wealth & Joy Coach, a certified professional mentor, and a Gold facilitator for Google's #lamRemarkable workshops.
She is also the founder of the only Professional Asian Women's community in the Netherlands, bringing women from India, Sri Lanka, China, Singapore, Vietnam, and many more to bridge connections and empowerment.
Originally from Singapore, she now resides in the Netherlands with her Dutch husband. They are both avid travelers and self-proclaimed foodies and nature lovers.
